You are welcome!

Daniel, Thank You, for all your patronage in regards to buying the door weatherstripping, I can not express how much it meant to the overall effort, over the course of two, 2500 foot extrusions. The 1965 Cadillac Crown Royale combination your parts came from, will be used extensively I hope, into the future, providing many sought after parts for everyone in need. The coach we bought was on the way to the crusher, when it was saved. Twice the entire coach was scrutinized by two different members for restoration and twice it was declined because of the extensivve damage to the frame and body. Now we have a parts coach and now you have your Crown specific interior parts you needed. Ed, provided the common sense conclusion to the vehicles use. Ed stated that parts have to come from somewhere and you can't save them all. A once beautiful coach, will always live through the pictures of it and the donations to other pro vehicles. When your 1965 Cadillac 3-way is completed, I will find alot of satisfaction and pleasure, knowing I contributed to its resurrection. I am very proud to colaberate with one of the best automotive restoration enthusiasts I have ever known, an expert in the field . Keep up the exemplary caliber of restoration skills you are endowed with, I am looking forward in seeing at least one per year coming out of your shop, hopefully! Hope the parts trade was good for you as was for me.

Radio install.

Mike will come threw. now Me I'm still hording his antenna bezel. but the next time we get over there we'll swap.
I am looking forward to finding all the rest of the parts to install some music in our radio deleted 1969 Sovereign coach someday. With that bezel Ed, all I have left to find is a power antenna, bezel clip and radio with wiring harness. When I get all the parts, we will drill the hole in the passenger side fender, like you did on the 1969 of Paul's. It will be a nice feature to have available when cruising, instead of a boom box in the rear compartment.

Stop giving me ideas!

My dad is a 8 track collector and you get to see some music long forgotten. Herb Alpert and theTijuana brass, Iron Butterfly, Louis Prima, Dean Martin. A Cadillac radio with an 8 track, interesting. Just remembering how much space an eight track tape collection took up in a car, like carrying a small suitcase, cassette's seem like a real spacer after those. Dan, I already told the UPS driver what she will be delivering to me this week. Folding Origami kitchen cart from HSN, car parts from California, etc. We will let you know.

The 70 Cadillac Superior ambulance that I purchased from Colorado a few months ago has a Motorola AM/FM 8 Track underdash in it......along with a few 8 Tracks of Country Joe and the Fish,Jefferson Starship,Al Green, and Marvin Gaye that were in a box behind the front seat, along with a bunch of old 1 cent Bazooka Joe bubble gum and couple of bags of Corn Nuts.....nice to see that the ambulance crew had a varied taste in music and carried a good selection of snacks..:applause:

will I have the bezel just missing the clip. discovered that it has to be 69 or 70 the 68 one is different. as for antenna any power antenna off a gm car will work. they are all the same. the difference is in the clamp on the top so if you have the right bezel and clamp you can use one of any of the other gm cars. I must have at least 50 8 tracks here. the 75 olds hearse had a factory 8 track in it. they are tucked away in a briefcase in the closet. got to worth at least 5 bucks at a flee market

Valuable information is hard to ignore, so I bookmark anything that can be used down the road. Now I am going to have to find "The clamp" for a 69-70 Cadillac, or any GM? If anyone has "The clamp" let me know. Then see a doctor immediately for treatment. Ah, 8 tracks I can just hear Homer Simpson now. James, good selection there for music those are all keepers. Interesting entry if you were to put your experience in a thread on here called "What have you found in your coach" or something like that, but I do enjoy hearing about the left behind. In two of our coach's now, we have received some extras found after deep cleaning, and removing a spare tire from behind the seat.
