Sympathy to the Skivolocke Family

Philip Rishel

Tri State Chapter President/ PCS Life Member
To our PCS Friends - I just received word this morning that Dan Skivolocke's mother has lost her battle with cancer, and passed away this morning at her home. She had helped him with secretarial duties at his funeral home since Dan took over ownership in 1986. Funeral arrangements are still pending, but I will post them here once everything has been finalized. Please keep Dan and all the Skivolocke Family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

That is horrible, I didn't know she had gotten bad. Our thoughts and prayers are with Dan and his family.

Paul and I are very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom.
Our thought and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

Dan

Nothing is worse than the loss of a family member.
I have lost my mother, Father and a brother.

Even being in the funeral business doesn't make it easy to
say goodbye to someone you cared about.

With a little time things do get easier.

Just remember.. She will be with you forever.

Take care and hope to see you soon,
Darren

Dan,
Most condolences to you. I just returned from emptying the last of my deceased sisters' storage locker. It's been a year and a half and it doesn't get any easier. Best of luck.

Thank you Phil for letting us know about Dan's mom!

Please extend to Dan the sympathies of the entire Tri-State Chapter and asssure him that we are keeping him and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I lost my mom in 2002 and my dad in 1984. Not a day goes by that I don't think of them.

Please let me know if thee is anything that I can do for Dan during this time.

I hope you guys are still planning on making the trip to Albany... it will be a good respite following such a devistating loss.

My deepest condolences!

Rick
