That appears to be one of the Broadmoor Skyviews by Superior
Broadmoor. I've visited that coach several times. Image Darren posted was from '12 Concours d'Elegance of America at St. John's where it publicly debuted.
hard to say from the picture what it is. other then a low top 59 the roof says superior to me.
Most definitely not difficult when coach and location have already been ID'd.

some of us are a little slower but we do final come around to the conversation.
that set was the ones superior under cut H&E on so badly. then they had the nerve to ask them to build the car for them. H&E declined and superior turned out a even lower standard on them just to make the contract.
