they have been out for a long time. they started using the urethane's on air craft some time ago. to keep it light you need to strip in for repaint. aircraft grade stripper is very active. touch expensive to.
I have always used Aircraft stripper, we even used it when I was in auto body school. I might have to give this stuff a try though.

I have a friend with a toy hauler camper. Being about 4 years old it had some black streaks running down the sides. He put industrial strength cleaner on it. The streaks are gone....and so is the paint. Not the result he was hoping for.
I will have to get the name of the cleaner.
