Red Cats Eye Glass Lenses No. 80

I have a pair of "Cats Eye" No. 80 tunnel light lenses(unfortunately round!) off of a '50s school bus. They appear to measure 6-5/16" in diameter to the very outter edges. Were these "Cats Eye" brand lenses used on ambulance tunnel lights in the '40s and '50s as well??

I know of a 1950 Superior that has Cats Eye with round ring but front has a different contour in the tunnels. Looks like 6006? is the number. Dont know if it helps much.
