Railroad casket wagon

Jim Tighe - Deceased 1942 - 2012

March 10, 1964 - April 27 2012
Take a look at the site called trainorders.com. Go to the nostalgia and history forum and look at the thread called "casket wagon in use." Quite a bit of info in the many responses, with some pix. Anyone on here have experience with this vehicle?

I don't belong, and I look at it, just can't post. I used to belong to it, but quit it when the rules changed in mid-stream and it started charging to do anything other than look at it.

Subscription site.......cant view unless you pay to join.....

This is the way many sites are going. They need to pay the bills, and too many people believe that the internet is free. Unfortunately for every website operator, it isn't free, but very expensive to set up and maintain.

site support

This is the reason we have sight supporters, and need more. The PCS site is set up to have site supporters at several levels. All help is appreciated.

Mike............ Thanks for the post. I would also like to remind everyone that this is the site that supports the Professional Car Society, and as such, the frequent users should also become dues paying members of the Society. It is only $30 a year for membership, and that includes our award winning magazine with professional cars featured articles. Most car club websites require that you become a member first and then a website user. We allow non members to be users, however, at a point where they are frequent users, they should realize that it is time to step up to membership in the PCS.
