This 1967 McLain flower car and 1964 Fleetwood 75 formal are located in north central part of the state. They have been sitting outside for a long time and would be ambitious restorations. The '67 was built from a basic Calais with crank windows. The '64 still has some hard to find goodies like the rear clock, ash trays, and radio controls.

Both cars are mostly complete and are for sale. If you're interested, please PM me for the owner's contact information.

Project/parts cars in Oklahoma - Part II

Thanks to Jim Jordan for telling me about these cars. This 1964 Park Row combination, while somewhat rough and requiring a complete restoration, is complete. It even has factory air front and rear. I would like to have taken more photos but was dressed for a meeting and couldn't climb around like I normally would. The owner is asking $3,500 for it.

And Windshield!

And CC front sheetmetal. Realistically being a formal limo, someone should restore it. Russ Austin is probably frothing otherwise.

'64? Pishaw. W/o seeing a title it can be a '65 - no hubcaps to differentiate between the two years. :p

I do enjoy that someone else is putting up other available fun 'stuff' out there for a change! Keep it up.

The 64 also has the rare formal roof treatment with closed rear side windows..nice

These cars are in a salvage yard in east central Oklahoma. The first view is from the fence, which is about 200' from the road. There are over 2,000 cars and trucks here, of many makes, with a slight emphasis on Chevies. I was in business casual dress so I couldn't dig in and around like I wanted to, but do plan to go back - in boots, long sleeves, overalls, gloves, and safety glasses.

1958 S/C - Much of the rear compartment is gone, but this is probably an endloader based on it having a partition and no exterior fresh air intake. Some of the side and the left rear corner glass is good. It has what's left of the factory swag drapes.

1947-48 S/C - I didn't get close enough to this to look inside it because of the thistles and thorns. Most of the glass is good and the interior is reportedly complete. When asked if there were seats in the rear, the owner said there were rollers in the floor. Who knows, it may be a combination with missing seats.

John,
I have a buddy in Blue Earth, MN with a hood off of a '58 Eureka that is available. Blue Earth is right on I-90, if you know of anyone passing through. I can get you his contact info if interested.
