The Oldsmobile Club of America, to which I belong, has a set of members that have volunteered their individual areas of expertise to the membership in general. I volunteered to be the "go to" guy for procars (see attachment). While I don't claim to be an expert at anything, at least others in the group will have someone to start with when they have Olds procar-related questions. I also want to publicize the PCS when possible. That said...
I would assume that the Cadillac & LaSalle Club, Buick Club of America, Pontiac-Oakland Club International, International Station Wagon Club, and other groups would offer the same opportunity. If your organization doesn't have a procar person "on staff", why not volunteer?
