but we are a few generations out so that people can only focus on what happened in there generation which is nothing new just a repeat. any one remember the Bolshevik revolution. along with all the up roar they caused.

The thing to remember is we had just gotten RADAR and the Jap planes were spotted by an alert radar operator and his alarm was IGNORED by the higher ups. This because radar was new and "unreliable" had we heeded the warning we would have had planes in the air to meet the Japs. The whole out come would have been another story.

One major difference...
You had to wait for the evening newspaper to find out what was happening in the world.
Now we get it in real time on CNN as it is happening.
Kinda like the OJ Explorer on the California highways.
The Japanese bombed Hawaii in the '40s..... how is it possible they now own half of it ? How did they let that happen ? Why did they let them buy the land ? Unreal.
What a world we really live in.
When will they eliminate the evil ?
Will it ever really go away ?

the event then is the same as events today all the departments that were to look out for us were in there own silos not sharing with any other departments the information they had. same as today. we had cracked the Japanese code and they knew something was up but this was not shared. so no one was looking out for anything unusual. hence the nothing worth looking at on the new radar. to counter this problem new agency was create that everyone was to funnel information to. they called it the CIA.
so when this activity failed us on 9-11 we created another agency to handle information. lets see just what is the true meaning of insanity?
we have proved that Americans no matter what religion of national organ if motivated to pull together we can do anything. but after the event we fall right back into the same pattern.
