PCS in Old Auto's

just got my copy of Old Auto's ( a Canadian Newspaer for the Canadian Auto Enthusiast )
and there is a nice write up about the club, talking about the up coming meet in Florida. there is also a couple of pictures of John McCullch's 1939 LaSalle and Darren Bedford's 1960 S&S Cadillac.

nice going guys ! :smileflagcan:

A similar article just appeared in "Pennsylvania Fireman" magazine about the upcoming meet.

Obviously, our publicity director Gregg Merksamer has been hard at work again!

(Hey, this is my 1,776th post, like the year of America's independence!)

DEAR MIKE & STEVE: As I can't afford to subscribe to EVERY publication that does us the great courtesy of running PCS International Meet previews, I would love good-quality copies of the articles that ultimately ran in OLD AUTOS and THE PENNSYLVANIA FIREMAN at the first convenient opportunity. The same request obviously extends to any other clippings PCS people might come across in other funeral trade, EMS and old car hobby publications. Though your praise is most appreciation, the only part of this operation I claim is truly-clever is in the area of photo selection, which is very carefully targeted to the recipient; note, for example, OLD AUTOS got a photo CD that focused on the Ohio Meet's Canadian participants.

Gregg, I just received my monthly copy of "Mortuary Management" in the mail yesterday, and it contains a very nice 2-page article with color photos about the upcoming PCS meet in Daytona Beach. The article contains photos from the 2004 Daytona Beach National meet, as well as shots from last year's Hudson, OH show. There is no particular info on who submitted the article, but Richard Vyse and Bill Wright are both mentioned as contact people for this year's gathering.
