Today I emptied one of the car buildings and started to park my ambulances im one spot. I felt like I was playing with my matchbox cars, full size versions. I managed to get all but three in one spot. A 70 M&M, 68 Superior and an additional 73 S&S were not avalable for the the photo.

Our Old 1973 S&S

Bruce: I didn't realize before now that you owned our old (X-Fort Wright KY Fire Dept) 1973 S&S Medic Mark-I. Congratulations! MM

Super Chief

Bruce: If you ever wondered how an Ambulance from Kentucky ended up with a B&M Super Chief mounted (directly behind) the original Mars 888..... Not long after I bought the car thru the Lange Brothers who delivered it to me from Canada to the Minneapolis PCS Convention (with 37,932 original miles on it)... we were preparing it one day out here in CA for one several Annual Burn Runs. I had a spare Super Chief off an Anaheim (CA) CROWN Pumper on hand and intended that it only be a temporary mounting to eventually have a 2nd "888", one on each side of a "Q". Later on in checking more carefully... the center front part of the roof had never been reinforced (from the factory) for anything heavier so we left it alone. (*) It has been a conversation piece from time to time from ambulance purist. When we (reluctantly) sold it to Dr. Richards we knew it was going to a good home and feel the same way now that you have it! MM

WOW...proves that a person can never have too many procars. You could darn near have your own calendar!

Thanks for sharing the pics.

I noticed that the roof was less than stout, I was kind of wondering. I have done temporary things that some how ended up permenant.

Bruce, I have said it before and I will say it again, I want to be like you when I grow up!:biker:

You are Ron. Look at all those cars you have and you must remember one of the ten commandments; "Thou Shalt not lust over thy neighbors Pro-Cars". :D

I am hoping to have something really special for you here in a couple days Richard.:wwpics:
