Nice looking Rig.... what are u getting done ?

Everything! Thanks to Tim Prieur, I have all of the photos needed to restore this back to original. I have the cabinets, bench, attendants seats for the back. Still need the swivel seats for the front to make it completely original.

So that's what it looks like outside. Were you driving it or the upholsterer?:applause:

Upholsterer. He loved it. Said it ran strong, rode smooth and shifted smoothly. He also said there were lots of photos taken of the car during the 3-mile trip. Of course, when we reached the shop, the first employee who saw it yelled out ... well, you know what he yelled out. UGH!

Jim, that will be awesome when you are done! And besides, what could beat an ambulance with bucket seats and a console?

you get it back home swap the beacons left to right. that is unless they are not cut. they look like rabbit ears tilted out. I'll check, I get up to the big city for those seats. but I don't think so. at least not in any kind of good condition.

Did you get to play with rear door anymore?

Closes perfectly! Pat and I replaced the rear and spare tire side doors weatherstripping (thanks Paul) and they closed beautifully. We then replaced the passenger rear side door's weatherstripping and the door wouldn't close (off about 2"). I might have to use the old weatherstripping on these doors.
