This guy is an idiot. If he was on "Official funeral home business", he would have a valid defense but if the van was ticketed 3 hours before being towed, he was just using the No Parking zone for his convienence. However, if he used a vehicle that LOOKED like a funeral home vehicle instead of a mini van with tinted windows, he might have gotten more respect. Hes lucky that the city waived the impound fee; just pay the parking ticket and learn from the situation!
