nutural safety switch 69 Cadillac

I'm in need of a good natural safety switch for the 69 superior. I would use a good used one or if any one know of a place to get a new one or repro, or info of a Rebuilders of them. Thanks for what ever info you guys have.
 
Often times it is not the switch but the grommet/bushing/bearing ( it is rubber) that goes around the shift arm where it enters the transmission.. As it gets worn the switch does not make contact. The part number I have is # 1494297 and it is referred to as a "bearing". In owning numerous 68-76 Caddys I have never had a switch go bad but numerous "bearings". Might be a cheaper and easier fix.
