Lookin' great Ed. I can't imagine tearing something that far apart, just the little bit I did on mine was enough for me and that took 3 months. So I can easily understand how you are not going to get it done for Hudson. I am sure Brendan would much rather have you take your time instead of throw it together. There is always Florida next year.

Tony

You have a barn find we are all dieing to see in Hudson...

YOU HAVE A RIDE BRO ! ...and there's no way you are staying home !

See you soon,
Darren

we did not have a lot of choice on this car. with the amount of trim bolted threw the top in order to strip it you have to take it down completly. this one started out life as a black sub assy. but we have changed all but the fire wall back to the green. we'll get the dark green on the door jams and the rear quaters next. that will let us put back in the glass and the trim so we can put the interier back into the car. then fenders and the doors one at a time. what is suprising on this car was how little of the color on the top you will see. it's mostly trim of some kind. but it is painted under it. the two tone green was how it left the superior plant. some time in its service the top was painted white. lucky for us they did not remove any trim to repaint. we could then match up the origional color. most of the lower body was still the factory paint. just the nose and one center door had been repainted. were it looked like we had stalled out on it for some time, it now gets to go back togather one piece at a time. each time we put something back on its the last time we have to handle that piece. I can't wait to get my space back I have pieces of this car stuff everywere.

The roof looks good Ed, I will be shipping the stainless out to you on Tuesday. Tony, you can probably still drive it to Hudson, but it won't be comfortable!

Wouldn't be the first time Karsnia has made an uncomfortable ride in a pro-car! Looks good Ed, I know Brendan would rather have done right and late, then otherwise!

the one thing you get driving it is a lot of air.
we have to much time in it to take a short cut now. but with and kind of luck we'll get the see the colors togather before the meet.

got a little closer today. but still a lot of stuff to put back on. the good news is now we can start putting it back on.
