I purchased this post card up from Ebay and plan on making models of all three Ambulance in the Photos... (I have build all three cars before but just in different colors) I plan on making a back droop of the store behind the ambulances.

One question can anyone tell what type of lights are on the 57 Superior they are not the smaller 4 bulb bullet lights that most have but rather look like the oval shaped ones on the 58 Pontiac
 
S&M, same as on the Pontiac. The Pontiac has rear markers, while the '57 has standard rear quad lights:

If you look closely at the postcard, you can see the outline of the trim. Most likely, when the picture was taken, and then made into a transfer for the postcard, this piece of trim was air brushed out so it wouldn't appear as a large dark spot on the post card. Sometimes postcard makers did this to give the postcard a more "finished" look, since they were all to aware of the fact that some detail doesn't transfer well in that medium.
