New adission.

New Addition.

Well as most of you know, I sold my 67 M-M about a month ago to finish the restoration on my 71 Superior. I had no plans what so ever of buying another Pro-Car for a long time. Well the other day I was looking around on the site, and this post jumped out at me. The next thing I know, I'm on the phone with ron, saying we got a deal, and I became the proud new owner of a beautiful 1976 Miller-Meteor Classic Duplex Combination. I was trying to keep it to myself until I could get it home, but I just couldn't hold it in any longer. I hope to have her home in the next couple weeks. Thanks Ron for making me buy another car, and putting off the restoration on my Superior for a little while longer. But I have to say, I'm really excited to get this one, she is a real buty. I'll get some pics posted soon as I get her home.

Perhaps we shouldnt be so quick on the negative comments regarding spelling. Not everyone has achieved such a high level of education as others, or perhaps there is a real learning disability we arent aware of. Snippy, terse comments dont make for a happy environment on the message board.

Josh. congrats on your newest addition to you collection of procar's. i have seen this Duplex -Combination in person and its a really nice looking coach.

Congratulations!

Oh is that who bought it? Actually Josh doesn't care about the car as much as he wanted the suction cups.

The suction cups are the only reason I bought the car, I bought some suction cups, and they came with a big turd. It was a buy one get one free deal.

calling out

Congratulations Josh. You have one fine coach coming home soon. Some of them seem to call out louder than others to buy me and take me home.

Hmmmm. Maybe you should change "addition" to "addiction"!

Congratulations. That's a beautiful car.

...or "adission" to "addition."

There is no need to criticize others for poor spelling. If it bothers you that much, then I suggest that you put that person on your ignore list, and you will not be bothered by their poor spelling or posts in the future. This website is for everyone, and we will not allow anyone to be chased away for any reason. We have heard from people that are registered on the website, and the gist of the comments are "I would post more if I were not such a poor speller, and I don't want to be embarrassed by those that make fun of others.". If a particular post is offensive, that is what the notify moderator icon is used for.

I'll bet Ron didn't tell you about the severe frame rot. The frame is almost gone. Just kidding. You got yourself one fine car there. congratulations.
No, he didn't tell me about that, , but he did say something about the fenders being held on with bread ties, and something about don't open the drivers door or it will fall off.

Devies cars and Tennessee!

Don't know what the deal is but something I've noticed is what is with Devies and cars in Tennessee!

1. The Superior Pontiac deal that went down in Kingsport back in 2007!

2. The C/B Olds that Kent has that's behind my barn right now!

3. The 67 M-M Classic Duplex that Josh once owned!

4. The 76 M-M Classic Duplex that Josh now owns!

Four cars that are, have been, or will be in Tennessee that have all had Devies hands on them at some point in time!!!!:3some::alc::17875::hide:

Pics

Here are some pics of the car from Ron's picture collection.
