Need a Door latch and window regulator 1942 Ford Ambulance (Siebert Shop)

Looking for a Left Rear door latch for my 1942 Ford Ambulance. The body work was done in the Seibert Shop. I seriously need the left rear door latch. Attached are pix of the right rear door latch. I suspect this latch was used for several years. It is Swiss made. I may have posted this previously, but I hit a brick wall trying to find one.
Maybe someone knows of a hoard of parts. Could also use a window regulator. This was a military garrison ambulance.

It would appear that you will have to have a shop make one. A few questions come to mind. Will it inter change left and right or is it a mirror image? Are the front the same
 
The front doors are steel. Internal latch. There is a rusted hulk for sale on eBay, that maybe my only hope.
