Neat hearse

Just wanted to share this picture, a friend of mine saw it on Facebook. Apparently the person who posted it is in Paris. Either way, it is really awesome looking. Any idea what it could be?

Amazing how good the drapes look, considering the rest of the coach's condition. Would be great to see restored.

I don't think that this one is as bad as it might look to some people. The glass is all there, and the body looks to be solid, with only surface rust. I am not saying that it is going to be easy, or inexpensive, but it is in much better shape that many of the cars that get posted on the forums, and someone says "that someone needs to save this gem". It is always easier to restore a car mechanically, than cosmetically, but all too often only the cosmetics are restored, and the mechanicals are left in almost the way they were when found. I guess this is what trailers are for.

Not sure of the coachbuilder, but its a 36 Plymouth in the Netherlands. This pic is at least over a year old, and I have heard its undergoing restoration as we speak (or I guess type is more accurate)
