Another TV conversion of a pro car. This one appears to be a Series 75?
Popular Mechanics magazine wrote about it in the June 1953 issue, complete with a couple of pictures/diagrams that show the car and the cutaways, etc.
We've had a couple of past postings of the CBS conversion of a 1960s Cadillac high-top and a Chrysler wagon and similar vehicles --- and also the Packard hearse variant that was specifically built for early TV remotes.
Cover is pictured through 2nd link. 1st link takes you to the article via Google.
We're finally graduating from large satellite trucks and ambulance-style Ford vans. We can do a lot of the routine remote work from a lap top and FTP now.
Enjoy.
