This is what I've got left between the Lifeliner and the Coupe DeVille. A lot of these are on ebay already and Craigslist as well. I have shipping prices on many of these already:

Gear reduction rear end (I've got pictures)
headlight assemblies
corner lamp/directional assemblies
rear side windows
trunk lock mechanism
wire hubcaps (4)
hubcaps from unknown year Caddy (4)
Front bumper with lower grille (average condition)
rear bumper with tail lights - very good condition
trunk lid
tail light assemblies (between trunk and bumper)
Upper grille (very good shape)
windshield trim: All pieces including the wide piece at the bottom of the windshield
Vinyl roof front edge trim (2 large pieces with one connecting piece
Cadillac Fleetwood door sills (2) good shape

Hi Ed!

Wellllll this is one of those projects where my job is write checks. The "mint" quarter panel is being held in place temporarily. The welder shows up one night a week so it may be slow. We have the other side too. The motor will be complete in a few days and the car should be running by Dec 1. Then the front clip goes on.
Anyway, I take a lot of photos and will be sure to let you know when they're posted on my site.
I hope you and all our PCS families have a meaningful Thanksgiving!

PS: Mechanic and welder are full time employees at the sheriff's office fleet garage. It's great to work with people you have known and trusted for a long time!
