That was in the basement garage of the funeral home. Obviously, the car isn't an abandoned hearse, it's an abandoned Chevette. You can see that the basement has been flooded - the water line on the walls is equal to the rust line on the car.
What a shame - Chevettes need love, too!
The funeral home has a huge basement garage, with a ramp down from street level. But you're probably not gonna get much help from this Chevette. What hasn't been pillaged by squatters has been under water. I doubt there's much left that's useful.
