To honor Piqua’s rich industrial heritage
Mainstreet Piqua has created a series of
ornaments honoring both existing and
historical manufacturing companies in
our community. The 5​

th ornament in the
series is [FONT=TimesNewRoman,Bold]The Meteor Motor Car
Company.​

The brass ornament features the front of
the original Meteor Motor Car Company
building and an ambulance and hearse.
The Meteor Motor Car Company, which
later became the Miller-Meteor Motor
Car Company, began production of
luxury cars, funeral coaches and
ambulances in Piqua in 1934 and
remained in business through the mid
1970’s. Each ornament comes in a flat
3” x 3” box made by the Piqua Paper Box Company.

Could be used as a very cool dash plaque type thing for the next MM reunion !

They measure 2 1/2" high x 3 1/4" wide. Thanks to Tom Caserta for helping with the design of this. I am awaiting for the cost of shipping to Canada. Price includes shipping to US.

I would suggest you order one if you haven't already.

I plan on giving two away as Christmas gifts to hearse friends.
Like Paul suggests... buy American this Christmas.
Even the box is made in Piqua. Putting you dollars back into the local economy.

If you don't own a Meteor or Miller-Meteor yet, you may someday and want one of these neat custom made Hearse/Ambulance related parts of history.

I have Superior, MM, S/S hearses so far. Just waiting for that Eureka to come along now.
