Met with Ron, Barb, Sarah & Jerry last night.

I knew I was going to be in the Niagara Region this week so emailed Ron Devies earlier to see if he'd be able to get together. No problem. Rented a car and off I went (4 hour drive). Ron set up a dinner with Sarah Snook and Jerry Jacobson. After I got to Alliance and settled in my hotel, Ron and Barb (Ron's very lovely and tolerant wife) picked me up and we met with Sarah and Jerry. What a pleasure it was to meet all of you face to face and swap stories. It was really nice to put a face (and voice) to a name.

The evening concluded with Ron showing me 3 of his vehicles - stored in 3 different locations ('63 Caddilac combination, '66 Pontiac combination, and '75Cadillac ambulance)...all simply stunning. Ron really knows how to find and present his procars.

Thanks again for taking the time to get together and to Ron for organizing the dinner. Hopefully we'll get a chance to meet again sometime.:thumbsup:
