Gus and I have submitted testimony today before the NY Limo task force committee.
There is an email address available for people to submit comments by email
Please send this to NY PCS Members that have limos, and encourage them to submit comments to the task force

This is the time for New Yorkers to be heard
I am sure more NY owners have tried to get their car inspected, and are now forced off the road.
The Limo task force will compile recommendations to the Governor and the Legislators to handle any remaining issues
More importantly we are asking for all car show only limos pre 2011 to be exempt from DOT 49cfr567.7 labeling
This DOT labeling issues is forcing both stretch limo and Cadillac factory limos off of the road in NY.
One additional issue for people that use cars for hire is that many insurance companies are dropping limos for hire in NY, or they are assigning the customer to assigned risk pools
We don’t know if that will creep over to car show only vehicles
These higher premiums, are also forcing cars off the road
