been out to the north west to visit my kids and new grand baby's. missed the run up into Canada this time but we will make it the next. got to see Rick and have a burger at Norm's one more time. . thanks everyone for the parts the gurney hook is needed and I'll make good use of the 28. dropped down into the Portland area to grab a few loose things off a 76 MM hearse and up the river we went back home. no rust in Portland just moss growing. didn't have to buck any snow this trip till we got into Gillette Wy. visited with my son there and it let up enough to get home. so I'll get to the notes left me in a day or two they are to put my new garage up this afternoon and we need to put things away from the trip.

will do Bill. Kandy is going to retire in Feb "maybe" she just can't quite do it. then a extra day or two will make no difference. I do want to get a look at your Barnette. but it's two new baby girls I have out there. the first was born in Jun and this little one in October. so got to see both of them for the first time. my old 72 was in the upholstery shop in Billings so I did not get to check it out again. talked to Steve and he said they have put about 25,000 on it driving it around this year. so they are getting good use out of it. he hinted that his old 71 Cascade is coming up so he might let it go to get the suburban back. tempting. here is a shot just east of Butte Mt for Richard and one of the baby Lanna and my youngest older grand Daughter Ellen.
