I informed Dave the Lifeliner and I will be at the Carnation Festival in Alliance, OH and asked if he wanted to come by to see it. Not only does he want to come by but, he wants a ride too! He is very excited to see his old Lifeliner up and going again. Turns out where Terri and I will be staying while in Ohio is only 2 miles from the HIGGINS Funeral Home the orginal owners of the Lifeliner. Rest assured we will swing by to take pictures and may get lucky to meet John Higgins himself.

Tell Dave when you see him, that the '57 is still in cold storage, but I have replaced the water pump and radiator.
The car runs, albeit the engine wil need to be rebuilt. It shifts, it brakes, it steers and seems as though there are no SIGNIFICANT problems. As you know, the entire car wil need to be restored.
My 5 year plan has turned into a 6 or 7 year plan as a result of the economy, but I hope to have the car at a PCS meet in the future... if they don't throw me out first!
