Bigger isn't going to help... I already tried that with my computer software that magnifies it up to 300%. It needs to be scanned at a darker mode to eliminate the contrast between the white background and the black letters.

at only 96 dpi to capture it off the screen and try to make it bigger is vary hard. to make it clear enough to read

Re-scan at 300 DPI and then reduce to "large" size in your image editor (about 1200 x 600); it should come out just right for this page.
