Looking a needle in a haystack

'way back when, in the '60s and into the '70s, Superior Coach had plastic panels, maybe 4" by 6", which were mounted on the front inside door panels and rear loading door panels, with the purchaser's name embossed on the little panels. Does ANYONE know where I could find blank ones? I'm keeping my fingers crossed.......................
