Keowee Funeral Services (Formerly Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home) has purchased a 67 Superior Hearse. I was driving by their parking lot last week and saw this pink hearse in bad condition surrounded by people.
I found it was owned by a local home that changed hands in 1993, at which time it was purchased by the Shriners. So it became a clown car. The vinyl was stripped from the roof, but the car is very restorable in and out.
I've been back twice since to share my library collection. Looking forward to helping someone else spend money. The new hearse is a Federal Platinum.
