Lifeliner all waxed up today

Nice day here in Florida so on the day after Christmas, I drove the Criterion down and picked up the Lifeliner. Gave her a great coat of wax, including the roof which is fun. Checked tire and air shock pressure along with all fluids. I puchased a new speedometer cable and was going to change it only to discover the end was too small to snap into the speedometer. So I lubed up the old one and put it back. Works fine. I have a video but youtube is not working today.
Merry "day after" Christmas...

Waxing ?

OK Richard, don't rub it in to us Michiganders staying warm inside, and only looking outside !!!!
On another note, thanks to your funeral home for getting our funeral home the needed information for an obituary last week.

I rubbed the wax on by hand then used my buffer and finished with a good polishing by hand. All in all about 2 hours. If you take a close peak at that right fender skirt, you'll see I mounted the chrome trim on the back side and removed the two chrome pieces that were on the front side. Turns out the chrome piece from the skirt used on the other side mounted almost perfectly on this side filling in that chrome gap.
Skirts donated by Danny Ryder. I think he donated them since I never got a bill. Thanks Mr. Ryder. :thankyou2:

It is a clear day here; first time we've seen the sun in several days. The big storm has passed. In honor of Richard's dedication to waxing his Lifeliner all year long, Bradley and I trooped out to the big garage to show I am not neglecting my Lifeliner either. I did get some car care products for Christmas, but the labor will have to wait for warmer days!

I can't top John Royark's photo of his Lincoln buried in the snow, but our snow is deep enough.

Tony........... you need to get rid of that manual snow removal tool, and get a more modern one, as pictured... That way, you will be able to take those cars out of the garage without getting stuck in the snow.

First off Tony, let me know how you like those car products and secondly, "Where's the snowmobiles"

Don't worry, guys; we have plenty of (power) snow removal devices around here. As for the snowmobiles, there are many that go by on the trails along our road several times a day...I just need to offer enough to keep one and send its rider home with his buddy :bonk:
