Large Lot of Antique Funeral Home Hearse Window Signs

you got to wounder about people. I understand what they cost new but can there be that much of a demand for used ones?

They would have to be names that someone can connect with, for whatever reason.

I live in a historic home that is locally known as the Woodward home. John G. Woodward was the owner of the largest candy manufacturing company west of the Mississippi river in the early part of the 20th century. I found a pair of name plates on-line that simply said "Woodward". Had to have them. I think this seller would be better off breaking up his collection and selling the pairs seperately.

Or contact the named firms and see if they have any interest in purchasing them.

Only one I recognize as still being in operation is Casterline in Northville. I'm not sure how far back they go but they handled arrangements for my family members in the early 1940's.

0ne has to do a little more work doing it but I have always found you are better off breaking up a collection rather the sell it in a lump. there are people who might pay this much for the right one of these. if it would fit in what they are looking for. with only 5 sets one could have made up their own cheaper
