I wish him luck but other then the novelty of it not much there to brag about.
he has his hx a little off as with government cars they are leased threw GSA. the agency puts in there request and GSA acquires the vehicle. they then lease it do the agency. when the vehicle is no longer needed it is returned to the GSA
pool. who in turn is responsible for disposing of it in a manner the realises the best return for the agency. GSA maintains a fleet of armored cars with a number of degrees of protection.
