Jean Ryder's funeral

With permission I am posting a few pictures that were forwarded to me from Danny's wife's funeral. I unfortunately was not able to attend and appreciate LeeAnn providing these for the PCS members.

Danny told me she was laid to rest in a Batesville white & pink Primose casket and a stainless steel lined vault. Very classy.

Sorry we couldn't be there Danny and "Thank you" for sharing with us.

thanks for being there to represent the rest of us that could not. Elmo did good. it many be the only time a 6 door S&S held the souls of a thousand people in it for one event. close friends casual acquaintances and just names on the message board we were all there with you. thanks again.

I think Danny was overwhelmed by all the thoughts and concern from PCS members. I can assure you it meant the world to him. And he totally understands that you couldn't be there, and that your thoughts were with him. He's mentioned a few times he couldn't believe how many messages have been posted here. The service was very nice. The flowers everyone sent were beautiful. I also took individual pictures of every arrangement you guys sent, if you would like to see them, please let me know. I know you don't know what to expect sometimes ordering over the phone, but they all were perfect.

I asked Danny if it was ok for me to post the following pictures, and he said yes. I'd never seen a vault like this and I thought it was very impressive. Thought some of you in the funeral business would like to see it, too.

Looks like a Wilbert SST/Triune. It matches the Batesville Pink Carnation(Primrose) Casket. Very nice and high quality, you done good, Danny. God bless you!

You are correct Mike. We sold alot of these when I worked in the funeral business and it was always a neat combination and looked great together. Although casket called primrose it has no roses only carnations which is what my wife loved so I knew this was for her. Vault matches beautifully and if you have not seen this combination you have missed out.

Thanks Richard for posting these and LeeAnn for taking them. LeeAnn sometimes annoy's us wanting all these pictures of stuff but this time I was glad she came in and captured the moment. I have never been one to want a picture of family member in a casket though as we should remember them from before pictures.
