Brendan, I am getting excited just looking at your ambulance, so you must be even more excited! If I were you, I might stay awake at night just thinking about that gorgeous Superior. You are going to have a real show-stopper on your hands, for sure!

When you get this thing back, I would be scared to take it out of the garage! It looks awesome! Can't wait to see it in person.

Rumor has it that it is going into a museaum......

When it returns it will be stored in the Wires and Fires Museum until next year. We are hoping to build our new home with a special garage for toys. So for the time being it will share a space in a climate controlled garage with some vintage fire apparatus.

the front Matt, was put in before Brendon got it. it was in good shape so no need to change it. the rest is the original. everything cleaned up with the spray tire foam, let sit, work with a stiff brush and wipe off with a terry cloth technique. know we have discussed this before on the site but most of the people making the molded carpet will be able to do a rubber rug. you will end up missing the heal pad and the smooth place in front of the brake that was factory. but you gain a lot more. if yours is worn out. a tear can be repaired with some of the 3-m plastic bumper cover repair stuff. backed up on the back side with the plastic screen wire.

but we have been able to make a few changes in the appearance of the car since it came by for it's visit. now the stitching was not done by me but by Roy Keiths Custom classic all I did was put back in the bolts and wipe down the chrome

I bought enough of the rubber diamond embossed mat for the car, however, it now occurs to me that I won't be able to use it because it is not molded to fit. What supplier would provide what I need for a molded rubber mat?
