Interesting Sidetrip if your in Albany

I know I plan on hanging out on the old New York Central double track mainline doing some railfanning while in Albany....and while I was looking at the map of the area for other possible sidetrips I was shocked to see Bennington VT, home of Hemmings is only an hour away.......

Professional Car Society's 34th Annual International Meet

Main car show on Saturday, July 31st expected to attract 100 vintage funeral coaches, ambulances and livery vehicles from all over the US and Canada. To keep the public focused on the workmanship & aesthetics of these virtually custom-built vehicles, official PCS policy prohibits the display of caskets, skeletons and other morbid miscellany in any car on the show field. Tour itinerary includes Lake George on Tuesday, the Saratoga Horse Track on Wednesday, the NYS Museum on Thurday and a sheriff-escorted, lights-on convoy to FASNY Museum of Firefighting in Hudson, NY on Friday.
