I have a donor Fleetwood and my body guy says they are different.

I would get it off the parts and take it to him. ask him to look it over. They didn't us the bumper shocks but have a mount made up to mount the bumper to the frame. Tail lights are still attached to the bumper. With a thick foam pad glued to the metal fender extension. On this MM.

You know how it is when your memory fails you.
This ambulance is cut in two and has a center step. But the out side pieces look just like the bumper off the car i got the moldings from in the yard.
