lost half my rear impact strip on the 96 S&S. couldn't find a decent price used on and shipping for across the country was expensive. so popped for a aftermarket. new from GM is no longer there. what we got we the normal poor quality after market parts. the reflectors are ok from ten ft away don't look at them close. instead of molded post and pall nuts the melted 1/4-20 studs into the plastic two of them were so shallow they fell out when we tried to tighten them with a 1/4 inch drive set. but we did get it in place it is thick enough. but for 400 bucks I was expecting better. the good news is I do have the right half about 2 inches past center of the factory one if any one else needs it. easy splice at the center line.
