This will answer the question. Yes your 77 MM hight top will fit in a standard 8x7 garage door. But you need the whole 7 ft and there better not be anything on top sticking up. Did the great american car shuffle this morning. Knew we had to get it now as it was up to 21 all ready. No way we were going to to move it later today in the melt down. I like the snow i hate the melt down. So one out one in and one moved from one stall to another.

To get it in I had to push the door up and pin it with the vice gripe. Bet it only cleared by 1/4 in.

Yeah my 77 MM does not as the beacons and back board compartment would just be a memory. Fortunately when I built the addition we made things higher.

It took the dome out on the 184 on that suburban trying to get it in to work on it. Had i known i was going to start collecting these cars i would have put 8 ft doors on the garage when we built it. All i was thinking at the time was I don't want to work one any more farm trucks.
