identify this one

A friend sent this picture and asked if I have ever seen a hearse like this. I haven't. With all the glass I am inclined to think it is from somewhere across the big pond.
What do our PCS experts have to ad to this?

it does look like a Dutch creation. man it must have been something to see when it was new.
