Well, it was a 63
The license plate should be "NO WAAY". Disturbing indeed.
I remember seeing this car advertised for sale in old car trader back in the 90s it was advertised as a car that was in an episode of the munsters l think.

It is on S.R.43 just North of Suffield at a body shop next to Franks Dairy Isle. Just about a mile or so N. of S.R. 224. I have passed there in my 64 one day when they were outside and they cheered. I guess because I hadn't screwed up my car like they did.
No partition nor rear side door locks. This was a '63 Eureka 3-way!

I'm disturbed, for sure...but not in a cool way.
I'm very grateful for the PCS and its mission to preserve, restore, and maintain these cars (and to prevent or discourage the sort of rape and pillage seen here). 
give me a shot at it I'm betting you could still make a car out of it.
ed, we could give you a pinto and some bayling wire and you could make a car out of it!!!
I had fins on my old 73 superior when i was kid.. It looked good at some angles, some it looked stubby. This is overkill on the height of the fins.. i like the port window, but the fins are way to high.. They look like sails o me. Not crazy about the wheel well being cut like that either.

I remember that ad too Chris, it was about 20 years ago. Back then, the car had shiny paint and chrome with more murals/flames, etc. It was advertised as "Herman Munster's Hearse"... Complete BS of course, no '63 Eurekas were harmed during the filming of The Munsters!
However, other hearses were used in the series, including an early 8-column coach and the '46 Superior that was Herman's "carpool" to and from the parlor. A horse-drawn hearse was also used in at least one episode.
