Home again. Nice to get togather but some 2400 miles for one day is a bit much. Its priceless.

Not many photos or news shared on facebook by anyone? What was discussed at the BOD Meeting?
There were many photos posted on Facebook by several members.

the discussions at the board meeting were brief we appointed Brady Smith to conduct the meeting in absence of the president and vice president. he had the agenda sent by Tony to him. the normal committee reports with a slight decline in in membership. we have a negative balance in funds. all most off set by profit from the 2019 meet. sales of excess meet property for that meet went will and another $100 went to the club. unusual expenses were moving the club store. report on the 2020 meet sounds like a good time lined up for it. the proposed change in bi laws to allow larger trucks. on the show field has been tabled. the input from that committee was to us federal guide lines on what is a light truck chassis. so that was tabled till next board meeting when a proposal can be presented. to fallow the channel if a bylaw change is needed. that was about it off the top of my head.
here are a few pictures I look of the event. Mr Smith has hinted that this may be the last time they will be able to hold the micro meet. at last years Micro meet with the proposal from Keven that many of us wish we would have gone to. it was decided that we could take bids on the mid winter board meet like we do for the main event. if our home for the micro meed is lost we might put that out for bid and the board meeting fallow it. just a thought. to be brought up later.

Brady and Janet have dedicated so much of their time to this event. It's an amazing event. Terri and I had a ball. Even though this is only the second time I've attended, it would be a shame not do it in Flint again. Just the experience of being in their garage is worth the trip.

Sorry, you are incorrect! Those were from the 2017 Micro Meet.
The post is so large I can't hit the Thanks button. So Thank you for the update and photos!
That's good news. Now that we live only a few hours away it makes the trip a lot easier for us for sure.
