got a call this morning, be there in a couple Hr to get it. so it went just like that. drove it up to the VA this morning for PT and now it's gone with 3/4 of a tank of gas. going to miss that gas. now all I have is a big hole in my garage, but maybe I can fill it with this one? don't think that is going to happen. but I did get to drive it today

The transport guy was kind of insistent he was gonna get it today. I told him Ed isn't going to be ready till tomorrow, guess he didn't take no for an answer.

Ron.... I assume that you are backing out on the 2 year old deal we had for the 1978? Guess that it will become a demolition derby car now...:D

Ed as ususal you amaze me with your talents. I can't even imagine working on this 58 and how you transform them in to a work of art. With all the money I put in to the Lifeliner, had I known then what I know now I would have brought it to you to begin with and would have been further ahead.

The 77,78,79 ambulance styles are the last of my hunt........(I think) only because when they came out I begged my boss to buy one. He lied to me and said they were never made it was just a shell. I want to drive that rig to his damn grave and say "Shell huh? B@##$$it! Got one anyway!" The other thing is they are cute like a overgrown Matchbox car.

I always watch with avid interest as Ed works on a car wishing he could do one of mine. Well technically, now he has!

will a little more then half any way, you get to do the rest. I had things ready to go and he had one more to pick up in Pearce Nb. it has been my findings that you got a man that will show up to move one, you do it when he is ready. as I still right now have two sitting out side the 86 and the 53 I think I can fill that space just nicely. my only confusion is where to hang the gurneys. one can go back in the 58 and I want to keep that matched pair just in case.

I did not think I would have any trouble filling the hole. she popped right off and we took her down for a quick wash.
