Congratulations! That is a beautiful car; clean lines and styling that makes it every bit as appealing as coaches that were more expenseive when new.

There's nothing like having that special old car out on a nice fall day (even if the next stop is winter hibernation.) Thanks for sharing her with us!
 
looking good. nice to have it running. don't put it away to tight there well be a few nice days to take it for a short spin.
 
Tony expresses my sentiments exactly. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for GM models other than Cadillac, and you should be proud to have such a rare car able to run down the road. Tom

Shes a 1954 Pontiac Chieftain built by Superior. #206 of 207 built in '54. I'm hoping to be able to find a lower rear gear for it. It sports a 4:1 to 1 right now. Kinda tough to drive on the hiway. 50 mph is tops, I nudged it up to 55 but was afraid of blowing the bottom end out of that straight 8.
