Hell on Wheels movie has two Caddy pro-cars

Has anyone seen the 1967 Marty Robbins' movie: "Hell on Wheels" on YouTube? It has some good shots of a '66 all red Superior Cadillac Royale straight ambulance and a '66 low top black/white combo (?). They are portrayed as funeral home run cars as the driver and attendant have on suit and ties. Also, the cot has a name plate but I couldn't make out the name. The movie was filmed at the Nashville, Tn, Fairgrounds Speedway, so probably used local funeral home for the on track shots. Someone from the Nashville area might remember who it was.

Did you happen to note at what time(s) the cars appear:?

Hell on Wheels movie

Yes, the first shot of the "Red Angel" car comes at around 14:58 when a "serious" crash occurs, and at 15:46 the name plate on the cot can be seen and looks like it says Philips and Robinson. At 16:28 the black/white car drives through the crash scene. Both cars are seen staged together in the pit area at around 51:10 & 51:30. There are other glimpses here and there, but it's neat to also note the period wreckers and other vehicles such as the red Ford Econoline during the movie.
