Hearse Spotting....TV series

While blipping through the channels last week I saw a preview on ABC Family for a series called "Ravenswood. Typical teen drama crap but for some reason I was compelled to download the first episode. Not 2 minutes into the show I was treated to a 65 Superior Landau combination. ( I didn't screen cap the fresh air vent but it was shown as the creepy funeral director potentially evil uncle was walking past the drivers side). Even though this show is supposed to take place in PA I would assume it's shot in CA. Anyone know the car? Note the typically stained rear door curtains. Teen drama at it's finest. :yum:

There was a TV show here in Toronto that asked me to rent them my hearse for the show. It was going to be driven by the teen school kid driving it to school in the scenes. They wanted to paint rust on it to make it look old and beat up. It had to be available for about 10 months for the years filming.

After hearing that, it was the end of the talks.

I have rented cars to films, TV shows and movies in the past and know enough not to get involved through experience. Sure they can repair them but why bother having them damaged in the first place.
