Hearse removed from church before casket loaded

I wish I had more info on this, but most if it is evident- a hearse being put on a flat bed as the bearers bring the casket out of the church. Looks like the straps buckled the front right fender too! I wonder if the guy on the scooter is the officer who ordered the "removal?"

Anyone seen this before? Or other such hearse incidents?

I believe that I posted this a few years ago, and it was debunked back then as a hoax. Someone actually found the information and posted about the picture, but I can't find the original post.
