Hearse check?

I bought a '51 Eureka Cadillac Hearse that is in St. Petersburg FL. I have already paid for it, and am starting to get a weird vibe from the seller. I was wondering if there was anyone local who could check out the car and get a feel for what kind of operation is going on there?
 
Is this the one that was for sale along with another procar, possibly a 1950's Pontiac? There was someone here in the PCS that checked it out and it was a shady operation... they posted about something very similar anyway. The Caddy & the other coach weren't restored, but looked to be decent survivors.

Might have been the same story... when you want to view the coaches you're taken across the street and view them from there and you're not allowed any closer... maybe i'm mixing bad experiences but there were posts last year about a squirrely seller in Florida, and a related story was to stay far away from anything related to Zrepo who operates around Georgia/Florida.
 
Pretty sure its not the same guy i had dealings with that had the 54 Superior Caddy and 50s Poncho. I think he only deals out of GA and SC that I know of. Luckely I was able to back out before I put out the cash thanks to Danny Ryder and then doing a little checking around of my owne. You can never be to careful now days, there are so many people out there who are just looking to scam good hard working honest people to make a quick lazy buck. Hopefully this isn't one of those people, and it all works out for you. Good luck Matt.

These are located in SC, not sure where. A friend's dad saw them in "person", from the road. I know they are listed in many different places on craigslist. I believe zrepo's phone numbers are Florida numbers. I know the numbers when I see them on craiglist.
