It just got dropped of late Wednesday night. It was like Christmas all over again.. I have admired this car from when dan first found it, and got the car. I have wanted to ask him for awhile if he was going to get rid of it. But trying to thin down and such I had not. So when he commented on the fact a few of his cars was going I had to try to see if I could work it out. So it looks like I have another big monster to keep throwing hundred dollar bills into the mouth of it just to keep it from eating me alive!!!!

Absolutely correct on that one !

That car needs A LOT of work but Rocky has BIG plans for it and lots of things in place already for it.

With the '58 on the go and now having the '62, I bet it will sit a little longer.

CONGRATS on the '62 Rocky !

I know it will remain stock and look like a show car once you get your hands on it !!!

Welcome to CLUB '62 !!!!!

Darren

there is not one molding on that 58 superior that is on this 58 eureka except the caddy front end stuff. strange how two cars the same year can be so much different. the 62 will make a nice addition to the stable. you got that truck of your wifes finished yet??

Wonderful acquisitions, Rocky! '62 is one of my favorite years, and that 390 should run like a top if properly tuned up. But I know you know that already. I look forward to seeing both those beauties some time. I have a '62 ratty S&S parts car in case there is something you may need, but there's not an awful lot left. Gave quite a bit to Darren.

Congratulations Rocky! I was going to add that coach to my collection once Dan got back with me on a final price...guess he forgot all about me LOL! Nevertheless...glad to see it in capable hands and in a good home.

Yes, as nice and as rare as this one is I will be restoring this one and not modifying this one. Other then color that is going to have to change. But happy to be a title carrying member of club 62.

Oh boy don't say that too much around Kathy:batterUp: But she did say she would drive the 58 or the 62, she said she likes those. "she does not like my 92"

Jamie, It is odd but it never had landau irons and the early Crown landau irons are differnt than a non Crown .I gave Rocky a set of bows for it. :)

Thank you for the offer, but as dan said he did send a set along with the car that I will use.

I think it would be much better looking with landau bars !

Never even noticed it didn't ever originally have any. That must be rare not to.

Put 'em on Rocky,
Darren

P.S. Unless there is a reason to keep it bowless that is.
