The local antique mall has a seller with 4 Federal model 100 beacon lights for sale. $80 each or $200 for all 4. They look to be in very good condition with amber lenses. Could be shipped or delivered to a place convenient to me and
the buyer. I could also bring them to Milwaukee for the International.
The seller also has several late model roof beacons for sale. I think too modern for our club needs. No pics. My phone camera was full.

Mike, this is a photo I found on line of a Federal 100. Is this what he has?

If that's it, they may be a bit new for most of our older vehicles.
 
The 100 lens will fit some of the 14 bases. Ron I have some 17 lenses if you need

Hello all,
Just back from a get away from winter vacation to Texas.
No 17s on the shelves that I know of for now. We have been
gone for 11 days. I will be checking in at Grandpas Garage soon.
I will take another look at the 100s to make sure they have the
light and reflector as shown in Steve's picture.
The 3000 mile shake down cruise for the 'new' motorhome showed
me I have a few things to fix. All little stuff. Window latches,
cabinet fasteners, and reseal a few body seams.
Now I can get back to reality and start working on the May Ohio
Chapter Meet.

those 100s again

The Federal model 100 lights are still at the antique mall. They are as pictured by Steve. There are 2 more lights added to the display. The have amber reflectors instead of silver as on the light in the picture. There is also a Grote model 7620 light for sale from this same vendor. The Grote light has 4 bulbs in it and is priced at $90 plus sales tax.
The staff at the mall seem to be getting the word out to their vendors that there is a market for procar stuff. There is a big display of fire fighting items in one booth. Model trucks and fire extinguishers. Texaco fireman hats and more.

Ron, if you are talking about a skirt for the light on the white '64, it's an "old style" Beacon Ray skirt you need.

If Barb let's you wear one of her skirts.......WE WANT PHOTOS!!!!

Yes I am looking for a high skirt for on the white 64 to replace the one I scarfed off Kurt's spare beacon.
